Schedule K-1 Form 1120S Not Available

I'm trying to file my federal return but this error pops up saying the government is still working on this form:

 

Form 1040: Individual Sch K-1 Wks-S Corporation

 

But the form is available on the IRS site.  Is this a Turbo Tax problem?

Here is some discussion on that.  The error is affecting the K-1 worksheet, but ultimately the problem is with form 8895 which has not been released, yet.  If you follow the links below you'll be able to track the release dates.   As of this writing it is scheduled for 2/12/2020.
