“Schedule B -- Form 1099-INT (JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.): Recipient State must be entered” but I live in the UK. How do I get past this request?

You do NOT have to enter an address when intering in interest from any bank/broker.  Choose to enter the info a different way so you are not required to have a US address.   OR  you can simply enter any US address for any JPMorgan branch since it doesn't make any difference to the tax return or the efiling requirements.
