Why does no one have answer for this? Were you able to fix?
No. I even called the customer service line and they couldn't figure it out either. I even tried deleting the assets that had the issue and reentering them. Hopefully tons of people flood the customer service line until this is fixed.
I am having the same issue. I tried deleting and re adding the item, but the issue still remains
Try after deleting going back to review to make sure it's gone. Then go back to add and when it asks if you bought item new, just skip the question. That's how I finally got it to work after a few tries.
I was finally able to find a fix. I deleted all my assets that were having this issue and re-entered them in the business section. I had to do this multiple times however, because sometimes I would still get the same error on a couple of assets. So I would go back and just re-enter the assists that were having issues. Eventually they all worked after the 3rd or 4th try.
I believe leaving the question blanks were it asks if you bought item new helped as well.
