Says it successfully imported Charles Schwab account, but nothing there and it makes me go round and round logging in again

This product is not working as advertisted.  It says it successfully imported Charles Schwab accounts, got approval and everything any nothing is in there and I can't advance past the "Continue to Start IMport"... this software is so buggy.

Same problem here. Two years in a row. Class action lawsuit anyone??

 

Turbo tax "help" is offering nothing at all!
