We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify whether you are using TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download?
- In TurboTax Online,
- Close the program completely and close the browser window.
- Re-open on a Windows 10 PC using a Chrome browser.
- Check your My Info section on the left menu.
- Click the pencil icon to edit each detail area and verify that everything is input as you wish
- Select State from the left menu and Continue.
- Take a look at the General info to see that the interview is complete.
- Run the Review again.
- In TurboTax CD/Download,
- Check for Updates in the Main Menu--depending on your version of the software, check under Online or Help.
- In the Step-by-Step section, go to the PERSONAL tab and verify your details are entered in full.
- Go to Forms mode to find the Michigan Information Worksheet in the left menu and make the adjustment.
- Run the Review again.
