Said Return was rejected by my bank Then sent back to Turbo tax and it's been 2 months and I still have not received my check, anyone else having troubles with this?


Return was rejected by my bank due to account being closed a week prior to the deposit Then sent back to Turbo tax and it's been 2 months and I still have not received my check they say to call tpg bank but I cant get through too them,  This is turbo taxes error not mine they're wrong and won't tell me anything I'll never file with them again sucks now irs put a locater on my money which will take 90 to 120 days which is four months lol Itll be next tax yr by the time I get it now thanks turbo tax good job

If your tax refund was handled through SBTPG you will need to contact them. If you are not having success reaching SBTPG through their website, you can also try calling them toll-free at 1-877-908-7228.
