RSU Vest Withholding NOT on W2 (so how/where do I report it)?

I had RSUs vest in 2023.

- Taxes were withheld at vesting (i.e., I have not sold the shares)

- Income shows up on my Pay Stub from that month

- The withholdings do not appear on the pay stub, nor do they appear on the W2

- UBS showed me where to find the withholding amounts (they are listed on "Advice of Vesting" statements)

If there are any gurus out there that have figured out how to report this I'd love to know.  Thanks!

The income taxes withheld should be reported on your W-2 form in box 2. It is possible that the only taxes withheld are for social security and Medicare taxes, and they would be reported in boxes 4 and box 6.
