There is a mass problem with TurboTax not accepting bank routing numbers across the board. People cannot e-file. How can this be resolved? I have a 9-digit code that was manually entered into the system, but keeps getting rejected, and I am stuck in a loop so that it can't be e-filed.
Well, at least you have the option to input your bank info. It doesn't even give me an option. Just says I will receive a check for my refund, and I don't want a check! Nowhere I can find to be able to tell TT I want my refund sent electronically! That's the only thing holding me up from filing! Good luck!
