Roth conversion is not recharacterized, correct?

So I should answer No to the question -- Did you change your mind, correct?

Correct.  Conversion from a Traditional IRA to a Roth IRA is not the same thing as recharacterization.  So you would answer 'no' to the question about recharacterization.
