Revised subject: New Credit Card

I have a new credit card. The one that I used to file my return is no longer active and I would like to change the credit card information as soon as possible.

Can you please clarify? Are you referring to TurboTax fees, tax refund or the stimulus payment? Also have you already filed your tax return?

I am referring to the stimulus payment. I have gone onto the IRS website but it is not allowing me to update my information. Yes I have already filed my return

The online portal for updating your deposit information for the stimulus check in not up and running yet. You can check this website for updates on this:

What are you trying to do?   Are you trying to update your Advantage account?

This is a public forum  the whole world can see what you post and steal your info and scam you.  Better edit your post and remove your credit card info.  This is not a direct line to Turbo Tax.

 

I highly recommend that you just cancel the advantage program altogether and buy the program from a trusted third party seller for half the price.  The only Advantage is you get it as soon as it comes but at full price.  And then it is just a early version and there will be many updates to come.   If you can wait a little bit you can find it on sale or less at many places.  I get mine at Costco.  They usually have a coupon.  Or you might get a deal at your bank or investment company.

 

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.
