On your PC, go to SETTINGS, then DISPLAY, then CHANGE THE SIZE OF TEXTS, APPS AND OTHER ITEMS to 100%.
Mine was at 125%. This fixed the problem immediately but instructions say you might have to sign out and come back in. I took about 2 hours to figure this out. MAC must work similarly.
