"Review" button on "Interest on 1099-INT" in "Your Income" section won't change to "Edit" or "Edit/Add" even though all input is complete. Is this a known problem?

No. Couple of things to try. In the 1099-INT summary, select the 1099-INT you are working on.  Once in the 1099-INT screens check the box "My form has info in other boxes" to open up the entire 1099-INT for review then Continue back to the 1099-INT summary screen and Done.

If that doesn't work, then you will need to delete the 1099-INT, clear your browser cache and cookies, then re-enter the 1099-INT.  Cookies are small files that temporarily store data on your computer. We use them to personalize your experience so you see information you already entered and not items that are irrelevant or repetitive.  On rare occasions, they may make your browser think you already did something that you still need to do. To fix that, you'll need to delete (clear) the cookies from your browser.  Each browser has a slightly different method for deleting cookies. Choose the browser you're using:

Unfortunately, I don't have a 1099-INT to enter.  I have tax exempt interest coming from a consolidated brokerage statement that I entered at an earlier stage in the input process, and regular interest income from K-1's.  I cleared all cookies, which didn't solve the problem.  Any other ideas?  I've checked the return for all data and everything appears to be there, so would this issue have any impact on the actual tax return accuracy?  No items appear for me to fix when I go through the Turbotax review process.  Thanks for your help.

This is probably from a 1099-DIV.
