One of your dependents was issued an ID protection PIN number by the IRS.
For some reason the IRS believes that that dependent was the victim of identity theft. The PIN number would have arrived at the address listed for that dependent in the mail in a letter from the Department of the Treasury.
If you don't have that letter then you'll need to retrieve the PIN using this tool.
Once you have it you can click on "Fix My Return" to get the prompts to enter the IP PIN.
