Rerurn was rejected due to wrong PIN. Already paid tax due by credit card and seems like turbo tax wants charge credit card again. is this correct?

It looks like it will charge you again and you will likely have 2 pending charges on your credit card, but one of the pending charges will fall off and you will only be charged once.
