Requested a password reset. Code received by phone. Turbo tax hit a "snag". Tried again with same result. What next?

Try resetting your password in a Google Chrome Incognito window:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots), then select New Incognito Window.
  3. A new window appears. In the top corner, check for the Incognito icon .
