Reporting Unemployment tax refund from overpaying in 2020 - with a twist

In December of 2021, my spouse and I received a letter from our state (IL) informing us that our EIC was higher after adjusting our 2020 unemployment tax obligations and that we would be receiving a check in the mail for the additional amount.  (We filed before the 2020 unemployment tax changes.) Our state taxes us on our refunds. We did not receive the actual check until March of 2022. Do we report it on our 2021 taxes or 2022 taxes? Where would we do this using TurboTax Deluxe Edition? Thanks!

The tax event happened in 2022 therefore it is entered in the 2022 return.
