Rented out part of home, chose "enter total amounts and let TurboTax do the math", TurboTax did not prorate numbers on Schedule A

Rented out part of home, on "Let Us Calculate Your Expense Deductions for You" page, we chose "enter total amounts and let TurboTax do the math". Numbers on Schedule E were prorated. However, on Schedule A, the mortgage interest was not prorated. The number TurboTax put on the form appeared to be 100% plus the prorated personal percentage.

Mortgage interest - $12,532

Rental Use percentage - 71.43%

Schedule E mortgage interest - $8,952

Schedule A mortgage interest - $16,112 [12532 + 12532 x (1 - 71.43%)]  should be $3,580

Real Estate Taxes ($12,416) also incorrect on Schedule A ($8,976). Not sure how that number was derived.

Hello and I am sorry for the technical difficulties pertaining to completing your return.  To best assist you in an effective and efficient matter I would recommend setting a callback or a chat within TurboTax online to speak directly with a tax expert.  By doing that it will enable us to assist you better and get a resolution as to why the calculations are not being prorated.

How would I set up a callback or a chat within TurboTax online to speak directly with a tax expert? Is there a fee?
