Your Personal Info/My Info is the section in TurboTax where you enter your name/details, and any others on your tax return. Page through this section to check your entries.
A Registration Page pops up when you Sign In to TurboTax, where you may have incorrect info (or info that doesn't match your other info). You don't have to complete this page, you can Continue without it.
In the FILE section, make sure your AGI from 2023 is entered correctly.
