Reject Code F8962-070 need help. Only receive 1095-C, no 1095-A

I checked the place says I didn't receive 1095-A, and it's still asking me to provide it

In the health section be sure that you didn’t say that you received insurance from the marketplace.

May I ask how do I get to that section? I didn't recall the system asking me that question and I'm having a difficult time locating it.

Click on Deduction and Credits in the upper portion of the page. Scroll down and click on Medical, Show More. Choose the Affordable Care Act (1095A) by clicking on Start or Revisit.

Thanks for the direction. Though the weird thing is that I already chose I've not receive 1095-A before my last submission and it still rejected my return. Also whenever I revisit this section, it always check "yes, I've receive 10-95-A" on default. I wonder if that default check has anything to do with my rejection?

Sounds like that is why you are getting a rejection. Call support for help.
