Reject Code F1040-133 & rejected taxes from the IRS. TT states there should be a fix for this on 2.19.2020. We are not illegal aliens so why are we getting this error?

This error is related to Line 21 of Form 1040, Other income. It actually seems to be an IRS problem, the full error message says that you need to attach an NOL explanation statement. 

If you retransmit your return, it should be accepted now.
