Regarding tip income:

I am a ski instructor. During the winter season, I make more than $20 tips in a month. Although, it would not equal to $20 per month over the year.

Yu would answer Yes to having received more than $20 in tips per month.  On the next screen , you 'll enter the amounts for the tips during any months when it was more than $20.  If you click the little Learn More links at the end of each choice, you'll see examples of doing this.
