Refund of TT 2024 Desktop Software

I would like to request a refund of the 2024 Desktop Software as I completed used the online software instead. I don't see how to do that online.

Ahh, thank you so much. Now I just need to wait for my e-receipt to arrive in my email so I can enter the order number.
