Refund is 136, my fees 144.98. with feature, Refund couldnt pay. Removed feature fees are now 104.98. System wont let me use my refund to pay. it needs to be reset

There is an EXTRA 39.99 Pay with Refund charge.  So by adding that it is too much.
Deluxe is 59.99
State is also a separate 44.99 in all versions above the Free Edition
If you select to have the fees deducted from your refund there is an EXTRA 39.99 Refund Processing Service charge (44.99 for California)

You could have all 3 charges  59.99+44.99 +39.99 for 144.97
