Recived SSN while my ITN is still under processing

I applied for ITN with tax return which is still under processing however after that i became eligible to get ssn and i received it ?

what i should do next ?!

Nothing for 2023 tax year.  You will use your SSN to file your taxes for future years.  Your SSN is a permanent number that will never expire whereas your ITIN does expire.
