recieved two 1095a from marketplace one for mine and one for dependent (need to file tax ) what to do?

My market place assigned policy last 6 digits are different on both 1095a; My daughter was enrolled from

Feb - Dec, I was enrolled from Jan - Dec ..both recipients is my name and ssn but cover individual  part 2 one form said my name and other form says her name on it.

on part 3 

column A do I add my 1095a form and her 1095a together to my turbo tax software

column B ( we both have same amount on it )  

column C  add both 1095a  to my turbo tax 

add dependent MAGI income 

Do I need to click box says shared marketplace add her ssn and allocation percentage   or Do I leave it blank?

and her tax do I add 1095a to turbo tax software or leave it blank?

No, you do not say you shared the policy if you are claiming her as a dependent.

 

No, if they are not reporting the same amounts, you will not add them together.  Instead you will select Add a 1095-A after you enter the first one.

 

You will need to enter her MAGI IF she had to file her own tax return.

Thank you so much.  After adding both 1095a into the turbo tax software. Software is asking if I’m self employed and bought a market place plan.  My only income is from self employed no w-2 income. Can I click the box or not.  Thanks again.

Yes. Do not enter it a second time for self employed health insurance.  If you enter the 1095-A and select the 'Self employed and bought a Marketplace plan' box. This will automatically include those premiums in the SE Health Insurance section.  Do not enter it again on Schedule C (self employment section) in your TurboTax return.
