Receiving error on form 1095-A. I have "California" in Box 1, the last 15 of the policy number in Box 2, and all amounts in Columns A-C, rows 21-32. What is the error?

I'm getting the message, "You must fix errors on this page before continuing," on form 1095-A. I put "California" in Box 1, the last 15 of the policy number in Box 2, and all amounts in Columns A-C, rows 21-32. What could the error be?

If there are zeroes in any of the field, leave the spaces blank.

Refer to the TurboTax Help article Where do I enter my 1095-A? for navigation instructions.

I appreciate your note! Unfortunately, none of the fields have zeroes so I’m still not sure what the error is.

You could try deleting the form and re-entering it.

If you are using:

  • TurboTax Online: see How do I view and delete forms in TurboTax Online?
  • TurboTax Desktop:
    1. On the top right, there is a FORMS button.
    2. Click on FORMS.
    3. Locate the form you want to delete.
    4. Click on the form name.
    5. Below the form, bottom left, select DELETE FORM button.
