Receiving a 5071Cletter by mail,following the online steps,my information error until,24hrs to access again! What the crap?

I don't understand. The website: idverify.irs.gov. Being this is my FIRST filing year, i'm 100% Rookie of the Year!!

You can opt out of the process at any time and contact IRS using the toll-free number listed on your 5071C letter
