Received email from TurboTax several hours ago saying "don't forget about your rejected returns" but when I sign in to TurboTax it shows that my returns were accepted.

If your return was, in fact, 'Accepted' by the IRS (you can confirm via this link:  https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/), you can disregard the email you have received and wait for the your return to be completely processed.  If you are expecting a refund, you can check your Federal and/or State refunds with the following link:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/browse/refund-status-support

Additionally, if you find that your return was actually 'Rejected', I've included a link that will walk you through how to fix a rejected return:
