Received an amended 1099 DIV & want to download it

I started my return but I did not download the original 1099 DIV because I knew that I would receive an amended 1099 DIV.  The amended 1099 is now available.  How do I know that TT will download the amended 1099?  Only one 1099 DIV is listed in TT & the amount of ordinary divs plus cap gains is the same for both the original & the amended 1099.

You will have to compare the form 1099-DIV in TurboTax with the paper copy of the correct version to make sure you have the right one in your program. The broker determines which form is transmitted, so TurboTax has no way of knowing which one they are sending.
