Yes, the IRS Address and the IRS FAX phone number are both legitimate.

I searched for the address on Google maps and one reviewer says its a fake address.

The following IRS link shows the address in question. 

This particular link is for requesting a copy of a fraudulent return but uses the same IRS address as noted on the IRS CP2000 notice - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/instructions-for-requesting-copy-of-fraudulent-returns

 

Also, a Google search by address also shows the IRS address.  See screenshot -

(Just FYI - In the screenshot u have, if u click on the 3 reviews, one reviewer pointed 4 weeks ago out it was a fake location. Hence my confusion, but the irs.gov link u gave is pretty real)
