receive a payment error when trying to file and confirm payment.

My taxes are finished, everything is green but, when I try to file and hit confirm payment I receive a "payment error, whoops try again" . Same error for 2 weeks now.

To resolve this issue first try troubleshooting your web browser, turn off any pop-up blockers, use a different web browser, delete your browser cookies.

 

Sometimes when you aren't able to e-file it's due to one or more of the forms on your tax return not being ready yet. You can visit the following TurboTax help article:

Had the same problem. I switched to using a different computer and it worked
