Re-accessing an ongoing 2019 Turbo Tax file

I bought the CD version of Deluxe TurboTax 2019, and I've used TurboTax for over ten years.  I ran the setup and began entering info, saved and then tried to re-enter to pick up where I left off.  It wanted to re-load the set-up, and advised that a version of TT2019 was already loaded and would have to be removed, which I assume would obliterate any info I'd already entered.   The screen isn't offering me any option to open the 2019 TT file.   Why can't I re-access an on-going tax file as I have in the past years?

To best resolve this issue, please click here to get in contact with customer care. Please be sure to enter the correct product, edition, and a detailed description of your issue. If you see a message that says "We can't find an answer to your issue", please click the "Try Something Else" drop down. Once you fill out the form you will be given a service ticket number and a phone number to contact customer care.
