Raymond James

Tried to download various 1099's and investment info from Raymond James. Got the message that said, in part, "This import was unsuccessful. There isn't any tax-related info to import right now." I previously downloaded a 1099R from RJ and it worked fine.  Contacted RJ and they said all was well on their end.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser. Make sure any VPN or Anvi-Virus is turned off.
