I bulk e-filed all of our W-2s on Monday the 29th of January. It has been three days and all of them still show as pending. How come it is taking so long to get approved?
Will this delay result in a penalty for not filing on time before the January 31st deadline?
Also, how about if some get rejected due to incorrect information? If we resubmit any incorrect ones, will they count as late?
