Question " Do you have any dependents?" I have a child born in January 2025. Do I answer "Yes" or "NO" for 2024 Tax Return

You answer No.  Only children you had in 2024.

Your answer is NO.   You are filing a 2024 tax return, so you cannot enter anything about a child who was born in 2025.   Next year when you prepare your 2025 return you can claim your child as a dependent.
