Question about address and W-2

I live in MD and accidentally put my college address in Florida on my W-2 so my Florida employer did not withhold any State of MD tax.  Do I just put $0.00 in when I am filing my return and then I will just owe the State of Maryland?

That is what will happen.   FL has no state income tax, so nothing would have been withheld for FL.   If you are a resident of MD you are subject to state tax in MD, so you can expect to owe something to the state.    Enter your W-2 just as it appears.   You will need to prepare a MD return.

You must pay your state tax due using the state’s preferred method of receiving payment.  For most states that will be by making a payment to the state’s own tax website, or by mailing a check or money order.
