QBI Rental Real Estate Safe Harbor statements not printing

I qualify for and take the QBI deduction for rental real estate income.  Starting with my 2021 return, I notice Turbotax won't print the required safe harbor statements so I create them by hand and attach to my printed return.   They don't show up in my list of forms and I've gone through the QBI section carefully.  I get the deduction but the statements never get created.   I tested Taxact online this year and they have a checkbox on their Schedule E entry screen to ask whether you want those statement printed or not but I see nothing like that with Turbotax.   I'd appreciate any auggestions on how to get the statements to print.    Thanks.

This is a great question!!

When you are in Turbo Tax Online, if you go to Tax Tools, Print Center, you should be able to print all Goverment Worksheets and Turbo Tax worksheets.

If this is not clear, give us a call ( right now we are super busy so maybe call in the morning), and an expert can help you find Print Center.

Here are more instructions:

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.

This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

I sure hope this has been helpful.

If you reply back, I will try to keep an eye open to assist further.

Please give me a thumbs up if this was helpful.

I'm using the Windows Desktop Premier version of Turbotax 2022, not the online version.

I've tried all the options under the print menu and there isn't the option to "Include government and TurboTax worksheets" as you are saying is in the Online version.  I assume it's a bug in the desktop premier version  of Turbotax that isn't printing these QBI statements for me. So, I will have to create them myself manually again this year and attach to my printed return.

What is printing are the QBI Component worksheets, one for each rental property and the 8995-A (Qualified Business Income Deduction) but no QBI statements.   I can't find anyplace in Turbotax that might have a checkbox to say to print them.   I think they should print automatically if you're taking the deduction.
