Purchsed best buy cd of turbo home business - computer does not have drive to put in lic code started to download now cant get it to iitialize

why intuit acct.  I put turbo on and now I see 4 different people accessing my account and I can get in

Dont understand I just work off the turbo emails as always

@137leeriver$  Can you please clarify your question?  Did you successfully install TurboTax to your computer or are you using TurboTax Online?

 

@tbloomfield  Can you please clarify your issue? Are you having trouble downloading your TurboTax CD/Download product?
