Purchased TurboTax desktop for Mac. and paid for live help. When the tax expert tries to share my screen, it is blacked out. The two experts, I talked cant fix this. help

I am in the same situation. Experts can't help if they can't see my forms or worksheets.

What exactly is the issue you are having?

Experts seem to be blocked from seeing any of my information.  I pull up a worksheet or form, but they don't see anything- like they are blind to what I am seeing on my screen.
