purchased the turbo tax 2023 download for mac. it ‘downloaded’ but when i go to my downloads it shows the name and size of the download on a black screen? IOS 18, help?

What computer or device are you trying to install it on? Needs to be a full Mac, not an iPad.

For Mac 2023 you need MacOS Monterrey 12 or higher
