Purchased downloadable version of TurboTax Deluxe 2020 from Amazon. I have already completed my returns, but TurboTax will not allow me to e-file. First problem ever?

Hangs up on page asking for state authorization. Perhaps because zero state tax paid, nor state tax due? Please help!!!
