I have gone through all the steps to file my taxes, but when I try to pay to file the screen comes up blank. There is a small box that comes up that says do you wish to save your file before proceeding (or something very similar) and you can either pick ok or cancel. One I click ok, a separate window comes up, but blank. I have filed with turbo tax for several years and this has not happened to me. This is also not a new computer. I have enabled pop ups, changed screen scaling (per another thread for this same issue) and I am still having the same issue. Logged in, restarted the computer, cleared cache....all the things I can think of.
Try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Review the TurboTax Help article How to clear your cache and How do I delete cookies? for specific instructions for your browser. Also, reboot your computer.

That is not working. I have cleared my cache, deleted cookies, rebooted, logged off, followed the articles that were attached. Still a blank window. I have also allowed for pop ups.
If anyone is following this thread, I ended up calling 877-559-8824 and the super nice lady who answered my call had to push through a download for the state portion of the tax. Once she did that with me on the phone, I was able to go back to pay and it worked!
