Please have your people call me again

I cannot download  stock information from E*Trade as it keeps saying internal Server error.. someone was supplosed to call me.. had a call UT there was no one on the line and it was showing busy signal beep. Please call again at xxx-xxx-xxxx

We cannot arrange phone calls from this user forum.  You have to initiate your own customer support call.

The gentleman who helped me was very helpful and solved that problem... HOWEVER, it still does not let me complete my taxes. The forms are all filled but under review it shows: Your return cannot be filed. The forms will be available soon. The software when I check for updates .. says it is up to date. Then why are the forms not ready when they were supposed to be in January?

Are you using desktop software (CD/download)?   Have you updated the software?
