Platform is telling me that E-Trade data is ready yet. This isn't correct, I'm looking at it now.

I dunno.  I'm looking at the 100-DIV and 1099-INT posted in pdf. form on the Website for E-Trade itself.  I'm certainly not going to type all that in, but it would seem the Turbo Tax ought to be able to import it, if it's already summarized, and published.

You may be able to log in and see it but E-Trade has to put the info online to be imported and this usually doesn't happen until later this month.  Check with them for the date of availability.

I'm having the same problem.  E*TRADE says that the 1099 data is available, and in fact I see it posted on-line.  But when you try to import it using TurboTax, you get an error message saying "No Documents Currently Available for Import".  ???

I'll give TT until tomorrow 2/15 to get this figured out.   If I have to type it in myself, you can be sure it will be in a less expensive program, than TT.  The *only reason* I use TT, is for this import feature.

"No Documents Currently Available for Import"  means either the broker has not made the import access possible or you are logging in with the incorrect account.   Most brokers will not have the forms final until mid to late February.

Again not controlled by TT.

of course if all you have is int & div to enter it is fast & easy to enter manually ... it is the 1099-B info that can be a long process.
