In 2013 I was told I do not have to file Income Tax, since I am rcvg. under $25,000.00 per year

@Sarteaga57 Now it is 2020.  People are preparing tax returns for 2019.  What is your question?

What income do you receive?  

And if someone told you that you did not have to file in 2013 because you made under $25000---what was the source of that income?  Was it Social Security or something else?
