payment problem for state tax (window for payer info so big, it does not let me click on continue button

on the payment page window is so big and it does not scroll down and let me make payment for state tax.

can,t click on continue button.

This sounds like a browser issue. Probably something was selected in error. Try these options

  • Log out, close your browser to its entirety, and then open it again and log back into your TurboTax account. 
  • Check ‌the settings of your browser. (Check on the Zoom settings of your browser and adjust accordingly)
  • Try using a different web browser (if you are using Google Chrome try using edge)
