Pay with my taxes disabled? How can I get it enabled?

So I didnt notice when I was getting ready to pay, Turbotax was charging something extra that ended up being more than the refund that I was getting so it disabled the federal return to use as a payment. I removed it and now I can pay with my federal return but now it was disabled. Is there anyway I can get it enabled again so I can pay with my federal return?

Try logging out of TurboTax and then clear your browser cache and cookies (this is found in your browser's settings).  Close and restart your browser, then log back into TurboTax.com to complete your return.

This did not work. Is there a way to work this on your end?

Unfortunately, no.  It sounds as if there isn't enough of a refund to cover the TurboTax fee and the refund transfer processing fee that is added after you make that selection.
