Paternal Leave 3rd Party W2

I Went on paternal leave last year and it was handled by a third party company that my employer uses.

I received two W2s. One under my employer and another by the company who paid for the leave and it shows all the appropriate witholdings.

Q1. How do I handle the second W2 ? ( from the third party company)

Q2. do I need to check the "received unemployment" box at the beginning.

Q3. does the paternal leave W2 need to be accompanied by 1099? or can I file with just W2.

Q1. Just add the second W-2 (there's a button for that).

Q2. Don't check the received unemployment.

Q3. If they gave you a W-2 for the Paternal Leave, you probably won't get a 1099.

You can file with these two W-2s.
