Paper Filing - Paper Size and Color is different. Is it okay?

Filing Married filing Jointly. Spouse is in India. She signed the tax documents (only the two federal and state papers) and mailed them to me.
During shipping the papers turned slightly pinkish in color, and also were of A4 size. I signed my portion and downloaded the rest of the document in the normal Letter size.
Can I still file with varying paper sizes and the signed pages being slightly pinkish? Or do I need to re-do and make it consistent and white paper color?

The IRS does not have any rules on the color or paper size, however, they do scan the documents. If they are unscannable, you will need to reprint them.
