Paid -- but need to clear data and start over

I paid to file so I could see my return before I file.   It's wrong -- it has almost all stock trades as losers, and cost bases as $0 -- so I need to clear data and start over.  How do I do that?  Does someone at Intuit do it manually?

You will not be able to clear and start over from scratch if you paid, but if you need help to delete the incorrect information that was entered, contact customer support for some help to fix the mistakes.
